The Worst Of 2010
It’s that time of the year again when everyone puts out a Best Of list. Well, I’m going to be a brat different and post a Worst Of instead. Ready?
Once in a while, I come across disappointing meals that good — even great — company cannot save. Take for example three or four places where I’ve had to spit my food onto a napkin, get the rest of the food to-go, and then dump them in a trash right outside. The spectrum was broad: from American chef-owned places to “authentic” ethnic places to a burger joint to gastro pubs to…. Bad food was everywhere. Please don’t ask me where these places are. I am not going to name restaurants to protect the guilty. Rather, I’ll give you bragging rights if you can identify any of them.
Without further ado, here are the dishes from the most awful places… because one bite, is just one too many.
